Cage Baseball League affiliate onboarding process

  1. Create one or more teams ages 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, & HS aged players, the schedule will be based on the number of teams per age group participating. There are limited weekly time slots.

  2. You can have as little as one team as long as it’s within the aforementioned age groups.

  3. Fill out the team information form below for each team and make sure to include the necessary data fields for each player.

  4. Select the best days and times for your teams for Spring and Summer keeping in mind that each team has 6 weeks to finish 4 doubleheaders before single elimination playoffs.

  5. Also keep in mind time zones. The league and it’s affiliates will do a couple Zoom calls to create a schedule once the teams are finalized.

  6. Any team can record it’s half of 6 innings and the opponent can play them at their convenience, but we want the thrill of each team seeing each other live on the big screen!

  7. *We are planning a summer late afternoon/early evening schedule to accommodate parents whose kids have idle time on hot summer afternoons and evenings. We have found that this affords parents the opportunity to have some free time in the hours after day camps, or other morning/early afternoon activities that their kids are involved in, travel ball for example.

  8. Make sure a waiver is signed for everyone playing on your end.

  9. We’re looking at mid to late April to kick it off so you have time to organize.
